贝克曼库尔特生命科学事业市场部招实习生一名，工作地点上海浦东浦电路，要求每周三天以上出勤，能长期实习为佳。


主要职责：

• CRM客户管理系统维护
• 合作网站管理
• 彩页库存及发行管理
• 相关报告制作
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
• Manage customer data base in the CRM system
• Webportal information maintenance
• Marketing product database collation and management
• Marketing data analysis & statistics for marketing/product managers
• Support marketing manager and marketing team in logistics
• Assist to organize sales seminar/promotion activities with sales & marketing team.
• Secretary work for the team
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
• Follows established accounting standards and procedures
• Adheres to policies and procedures
  

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY:
Experience of marketing administration with Science or Commerce is preferred.


This position also requires:

• Marketing administration or assistant experience is preferred but not a must
• Detailed oriented, well organized, good communication and problem solving skills
• Good presentation, interpersonal skills
• A responsible and self-disciplined individual with great work attitude
• Be able to work independently with timely delivery of the project
• Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
• Proficient in word, excel and powerpoint
• Students with Science or Commerce degree is preferred
• Minimal 3 days a week for at least 6 months
