分选酵母细胞，用甲醛固定，会不会减少孢子污染，分选完仪器需要怎么清洗可以完全清理干净孢子？

国外专家推荐分选完用10％漂白水冲洗管路，然后再用蒸馏水冲洗一次，原话如下：
I would recommand to clean the line with Bleach 10% (in distilled  water). Just run it for a few minutes (and check the number of events per second).
After that, just run distilled water for few minutes in order to remove the bleach and make the line very clear. It should be enough.
As far as ethanol is concerned, it can make the cells sticky (yeasts or  whatever). That is why, in our facility, we prefer bleach.
