我想知道 BDFACS permeabilizing solution 2与BD intrasure Kit有什么具体区别么，谢谢各位啦

BD FACS Permeabilizing Solution 2 is provided as a buffered solution containing <15%
formaldehyde and <50% diethylene glycol and a proprietary permeabilizing agent.

The BD IntraSure kit is provided as 5 mL of Reagent A（a proprietary buffered fixative containing 1% formaldehyde,  0.35% methanol） and 2.5 mL of Reagent B, a proprietary buffered permeabilization solution containing a detergent.

从成份上看不出，因为破膜剂成份他们都没有公开。
我们以前破膜是用Perm2这个，但效果一般。
