大鼠T细胞亚群初始、记忆、效应marker选择

大家好，最近在做SD大鼠外周血的免疫，一直在寻找初始、记忆、效应T细胞亚群的标志，大鼠做的很少，比较烦恼，特来请教。
1.之前文章说：通过CCR7和CD45RA，T细胞可分为四个主要亚群,就选择了初始细胞（CD45RA+CCR7+）、效应细胞（CD45RA+CCR7-）、中央记忆细胞（CD45RA-CCR7+）、效应记忆（CD45RA-CCR7-），结果买不到大鼠流式CCR7。
2.接下来又想换初始CD45RA，记忆CD45RO，结果查到资料说这是人特有的。
3.查到小鼠的是效应细胞CD44+CD62L-,记忆细胞CD44+CD62L+,初始细胞CD44-CD62L+.
现在想知道大鼠的可以用小鼠的这几个标志吗？大鼠的，大家还有没有其他的推荐呢？

CD62L is a 74-95 kD glycoprotein,also known as L-selectin, LECAM-1, Ly-22 and MEL-14.It is a member of the selectin family and is expressed on the majority of B and naïve T cells,a subset of memory T cells,granulocytes ,subsets of thymocytes and NK cells.CD62L is important in lymphocyte homing to high endothelial venules in peripheral lymph nodes and leukocyte “rolling” on activated endothelium. CD62L also contributes to neutrophil emigration at inflammatory sites.CD62L is rapidly shed from lymphocytes and neutrophils upon activation and the expression levels of CD62L (in conjunction with other markers) hae been used to distinguish naïve, effector and memory T cells.
这是Biolegend     anti rat CD62L的介绍，可以用于记忆、效应T分析。

大鼠的T细胞亚群记忆、效应T方案，搜了一圈文献，确实很难找到好的，曾经看到有用CD45RC的，但是后来又有文章说不是很好。
要么参考一下小鼠的先试试？

倪老师，您好，请教下大鼠的初始、记忆、效应T细胞亚群的标志物您后面有查到相关推荐的么。最近我这边也在做这方面没有查到相关资料，我用已知小鼠的指标搜大鼠的抗体也很难找。盼回复，谢谢~

CD45RA应该是可以用的，在BioRad网站上查到，大鼠的抗体，似乎他们家相对全一些（https://www.bio-rad-antibodies.com/rat-markers-antibodies.html）

收到，谢谢倪老师这么快回复我，我查了她家针对CD45RA的抗体，特异性写的仅能识别B细胞表面的这个只指标，“Mouse anti Rat CD45RA antibody, clone OX-33 is directed against a high molecular weight band of the leucocyte common antigen. MRC OX-33 only labels B-cells among thoracic duct lymphocytes with little labeling in bone marrow and none on thymocytes ”，有些歧义，我邮件跟他们技术部门再确认下~

in contrast to humans in Rats CD45RA is a B-cell marker and we include it in the T-cell panel to exclude B-cells during analysis. In a similar way we included the T-cell marker CD3 in the B-cell panel.

In the literature one marker used to characterise CD4+ T-cell differentiation is CD45RC and we offer Mouse anti Rat CD45RC MCA53G in various formats.



“CD4 T cells are phenotypically divided by the expression of high and low molecular weight isoforms of CD45, surface markers that are frequently used to identify “naive” (CD45Rhigh) and “memory” (CD45Rlow) subsets.” (PMID: 9034154). 2nd ref describing naïve rat T-cells as CD45RChigh.

Also interesting to study could be the CD45RChigh/CD45RClow CD4 T-cell ratio (reference).

学习了，原来他们加入CD45RA是为了排除B细胞，那么说明他们的大鼠方案没法区分初始和记忆。
最后还是推荐了之前讲到的文献中常见的CD45RC
