B细胞共刺激用IGM和CD40？

B Cell Isolation and Stimulation：
For cytokine production, 4X10e5 purified B cells were cultured either with LPS or with mouse IgM-specific goat F(ab’)2 antibody plus CD40 mAb in 0.2 ml of complete medium in a 96-well flat-bottom plate for 48 hr. Culture supernatant fluid was collected after 48 hr to assess cytokine production.

倪老师您好，想咨询一下你，上述方法里红色标记的地方用到两个抗体来刺激B细胞，这个是用来做阳性对照吗，还有做这个刺激的时候两个抗体都要加吗，只加CD40的抗体能否起到刺激作用？

这个组合，应该是这个试剂盒推荐的效果较好的组合。
单用CD40，应该也有效果，但可能没有IgM联合这么好。
