[ad thread/a_pr/3/0]我看了你的数据，基本上没什么问题，补偿也做好了。就是样本2补偿和十字门调好后再把设置拉回到第一个样本就好了。

这种都不是强制性的规定。象楼主使用CD3 FITC和SSC，你也可以和其它标记或FSC圈门，关键是圈出CD3+细胞即可。

至于H和A，一般情况下无差别，据说CV值上可能会有点差异。也看个人喜好。

是做细胞毒实验？加了抗体细胞不是都死了

nk比较就是那群1656+CD3-的，要是活性就用PI染色看看
